Directions: Add 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons (more if desired) to warm bath water and soak for 15 - 20 minutes. Therapy is enhanced by lying in a warm towel or blanket for 10 minutes after bath. If used to treat skin ailments such as psoraisis or ezcema, add 1/2 to 1 cup of bath soak and increase soak time to 30 minutes.
